Developing an "On Deck" Mindset- Mental Training Series

After having conversations with young athletes, a lot of their on field concerns stems from the mental side of the game.  

Developing an "On Deck" Mindset: 6 Steps to Becoming Mentally Stronger Clinic will cover issues like "learning how to deal with failure". The goal of this program is to help these young athletes develop daily routines/exercises they can use to start building a strong mindset towards the sport of baseball, and more importantly life.
